TERMS OF SERVICE
1.) TURN AROUND TIME
Varies between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity, the schedule of the artist, their condition, number of clients, and other factors, the artist will update you throughout the process.2.) PAYMENT
A half deposit or full payment upfront, please specify what payment plan you’re going to use.

Paypal/Gcash only.3.) REVISIONS
2 Revisionary periods are given, 3 major changes before agreeing on the final sketch, and 5 minor changes before the final delivery. Any more revisions will result in additional charges.4.) ILLUSTRATION RIGHTS
The artist has the rights to use the art piece for their portfolio, social media, and commission samples.
The artist doesn’t have the rights to use the piece for merchandise.
The commissioner doesn’t have the rights to use it for AI training, NFT usage, reselling.
Commercial rights has a +100% additional charge, please discuss it with the artist extensively.5.) CREDITS
The piece will have the artist’s watermark on it, they will provide a version without one. Please credit the artist when using or sharing publicly.6.) COMPLEXITY CHARGES
The listed prices are the base prices, understand that additional charges may be applied if the artist has to take extra time for certain aspects of the piece, the artist will discuss this with you extensively.7.) REFUNDS
No refunds, unless the artist can’t finish the art piece because of certain factors (ex: health, schedule, problems, etc.) in which case, the artist will inform you and refund you 50% of your payment.8.) FINAL DELIVERY
The artist will deliver the final art piece to your preferred mode of delivery, you can ask for specific versions.BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
PROCESS
1.) I will send you a google form that answers the details of the commission, please answer it. Upon agreeing on the rough sketch, I will start to clean the sketch and layout the flat colors, I will send progress images, and once approved I will continue to finish the piece, sending progress images along the way.2.) Once finished, I will ask for your final approval and final payment if paid in half.3.) I will send the high res .png and .jpeg images to your email once approved and paid in full.
